i only played one online match and about 3 missions of the single player. its different, i gotta say. i always preferred halo 1 to halo 2, and i thought that would remain through 3, but i dunno.

its really, really good. not just hyped up, but damn, it FEELS good, like the controls are smooth. new button configuration takes a minute for those steeped in halo frag fests, but once youre used to it, its better.

its taking me a minute because i didnt brush up on halo 1 or 2 beforehand, since ive been playing through Bioshock. very different games obviously, and i really wanted to get more achievements done in Bioshock, but i guess itll have to wait.

i love watching trilogies in order, like Evil Dead, Evil Dead 2, and Army of Darkness right in a row. Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Fistful of Dollars/Few Dollars More/Good,Bad,Ugly. now i wonder how long itll be before i sit down and play through all the halos. ill wait till halo wars is out first.
